.vroid is a data format specific to VRoid.
It stores edited data from the VRoid Studio editing feature and is also used as an avatar format in the dress-up feature.
.vroid files can contain...

About VRoid Studio
The VRoid editor offers intuitive controls and high customization, allowing anyoneーfrom beginners to advanced creatorsーto design their own original 3D characters.
Data edited within the dress-up feature, including XAvatar, XWear, XRoid, .vroid, and VRM files, can ultimately be exported as a single XAvatar.
The exported XAvatar file can then be uploaded to VRChat.
