Editors
VRoid Studio editor tabs include Face, Hair, Body, Clothing, General and Camera/Exporter. Face, Hair, Body and Clothing editors all include a Design tab and a Texture tab.
Design Tab
In the Design tab, you can move different sliders and adjust parameters to easily edit certain properties of your model.
Select the part you wish to edit on the panel on the left and use the sliders on the right panel to achieve the desired results. You can check how your model is turning out in the central camera panel.
You can also enter numerical parameters manually. Please check the article below for more details.
Texture Tab
In the Texture tab, you can edit the design of your model by using brushes, just like you were drawing an illustration.
Select the part you wish to edit on the panel on the left, select the brush tool and choose a color and shape in the right panel. You can paint both on the central camera panel and on the development diagram.
Brush Properties
You can freely edit the brush color (color code, eyedropper tool(*1)), its shape, size mapping(*2), width and opacity.
*1 You can select a brush color both by specifying a color code or by selecting the desired color on the model using the eyedropper tool.
(Eyedropper mode can be canceled by pressing the Esc key, Alt key, or pressing the eyedropper button again.)
*2 With size mapping, you can specify whether to paint in UV mode or World mode. In UV mode, the thickness of the brush is uniform and applied to the unwrapped model. In World mode, the size will reference the model as on the camera panel, and the thickness of the brush will change accordingly. Please check the article below for more details.
Layer Properties
If you scroll the brush properties tab down to the bottom, you will find layer properties. Here you can edit the opacity and the composition mode (blending mode) of the layer (Multiply, Overlay, etc.)
