How to use the VRoid Studio Open Beta

The open beta was discontinued with the release of v2.0.0 on 28 November 2024.

The open beta is available through Steam's beta feature.

1. Install the Steam desktop app.

2. Download VRoid Studio for free from its Steam store page.
   https://store.steampowered.com/app/1486350/VRoid_Studio_v1282/
   
   
   
3. Launch the Steam desktop app, go to your Library, right-click on VRoid Studio, and select Properties.
   
   
   
4. In the Properties menu, go to Betas > Beta Participation > Open Beta.
   
   
   
5. Once selected, the update to the open beta version will begin automatically.
   Once the update is complete, you can start using the open beta.
