When uploading model data to VRoid Hub, you can register the character's name and personality. However, this information is not included in the VRM file. If third parties (individuals, groups, corporations) download your model data, they might give it a different name or different personality than those you initially set.
At present, usage conditions cannot be set individually for each type of user, each service or each company. Please understand that the model data you choose to make available to third parties will be equally distributed within the scope of the usage conditions you set for that model.
