- Please check whether there is a problem with the device you are using, and whether you have sufficient information processing capacity
[If a bug occurs while running VRoid Studio]

- Restart VRoid Studio
- Restart your device (turn off and then turn on again)
- Uninstall then reinstall VRoid Studio, and reboot
[If a bug occurs before using VRoid Studio]

- Review your anti-virus (security software) settings, or consider temporarily disabling them
- Check to see whether you installed VRoid Studio in a folder or drive to which you don't have access
- Shut down all other apps and software that you're running, then try installing VRoid Studio
- Check to see if there's a problem with your internet connection
- Connect via cable, or connect to a different network with better connectivity
- Reconnect to your network/Wi-fi
- Reset your connection by toggling the "Airplane mode" on/off setting on your device
- Restart your router
- Unplug and re-plug your cable
