You can check the OS version, CPU, memory, and other information by selecting Start > Settings > System > About.

How to check your iPad model:
On your iPad, open Settings > General > About > Model Name.
※The 32-bit version is not supported. Please use the 64-bit version.
※Boot Camp is not supported.
※The amount of free disk space required may change with future versions of VRoid Studio.
※Older versions of VRoid Studio may present operational issues. If possible, use the latest version of VRoid Studio.
※Please note that beta versions are not supported even if they are the latest version of the OS.
※If you are unsure whether your device meets the requirements, please contact the support team of your device's manufacturer.
※Currently, VRoid Studio is only compatible with Wacom pen tablets. Please note that other pen tablets may not function properly.
※On iPad, the app may force-close during high-load operations. For a more comfortable user experience, we recommend using a device that meets our recommended system requirements.
